Kelly has built Warner Management, Inc. by referral only for the last 28 years exemplifying her ability to provide excellent service that is appreciated and endorsed.

She has an extensive background in real estate as an estate manager, project manager, investor, developer, designer and as a licensed realtor. She has also spent many years working in family offices. That coupled with her ability to communicate well with her clients, being highly organized, great under pressure, detail oriented have proved to be invaluable.

Katie graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Communications. She then joined forces with Warner Management, Inc. 3 years ago.

She handles our organizational projects, bookkeeping, scheduling, shopping, errands, and project management.

Katie’s strengths include her organizational skills, follow through, attention to detail, dedication, and her professionalism.

Claire graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Communications and has been working with Warner Management for 3 years.

Claire has worked on many organizational projects, worked with clients’ on their moves, scheduling, shopping, errands and project management.

Claire’s strengths include her experience in customer service, critical thinking, attention to detail. She is goal oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
